Just another brotherly workout at home during the #blizzard If your kids aren’t fueling their bodies with real food, you’re really missing the boat on all the training & sports you have them doing. Our little guy loves to just go in the basement & “work out”- which just means he likes to have a bunch of stuff on the floor and he just figures stuff out- jumping, climbing, whatever he wants.  The important thing is he is moving his body, learning how to move, be confident, etc. It’s inspiring to have your own kids strive to get better. Give them the tools they need to get after it. Create healthy habits for your kids. Doing something is better than doing nothing at all. Too cold outside to go to the playground?  Create an environment for your little ones to move and play. “Can I work out with you, Dad?” With 4 kids ranging from 10 years down to 3 months, working out is much harder than it used to be.  Workouts are different.  Usually not ideal.  Always shorter and interrupted.
